Frankfurt (dpa) – Eintracht Frankfurt have given midfielder Kristijan Jakic a permanent contract until 2026, the Europa League champions said on Sunday.
Croatian Jakic arrived last year on a season-long loan from Dinamo Zagreb, and Frankfurt said they have now triggered the purchase option.
Jakic, 25, featured in 38 of Frankfurt’s 44 games overall last season in the Bundesliga, German Cup and the Europa League.
