Religious harmony and tolerance should be promoted during Muharram ul Haram. Fayyaz Butt

Karachi (HRNW) Fayyaz Ali Butt, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh on Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushar, has said that the month of Muharram ul Haram teaches us to resist falsehood and sacrifice lives for the sake of truth and it is the responsibility of all of us to
promote religious harmony and tolerance during Muharram ul Haram so that the enemy does not succeed in evil intentions. He said this today on the occasion of visiting Jafar Tayyar Imambargah Malir Karachi. Adviser to Chief Minister of Sindh also reviewed the arrangements made in connection with Muharram ul Haram.

He further said that all possible safety measures would be taken at the passageways of Muharram processions across the province and fool-proof security would be provided to the participants of the processions. On this occasion, Fayyaz Butt, adviser to the Chief Minister of Sindh, also issued orders for cleaning the procession routes.

He said that the personnel of the law enforcement agencies would remain vigilant on the passageways of the processions. No one would be allowed to take the law into their hands. Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister on Religious Affairs, Zakat and Usher Fayaz Ali Butt said that the month of Muharram ul Haram teaches us peace and harmony. We all need to follow the philosophy of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS). He said that on the occasion of Muharram ul Haram, the believers of all schools of thoughts should respect each other’s beliefs. He also requested the scholars of all schools of thought to teach love from their pulpits.
