Lahore (HRNW) An important meeting was held in the Alhamra Committee Room to review the institution’s welfare and development and evaluate the performance of the staff of both complexes. Executive Director Alhamra chaired the meeting at Alhamra Arts Center, the Mall.
During the meeting, it was considered a gym for the artists, officers and employees to make their physical health fit. It was also decided to create a mobile app for Alhamra to carry out its mission efficiently.
On occasion, Executive Director Alhamra Muhammad Rafiullah issued instructions to activate the Alhamra YouTube channel for better promotion of art and literature, saying that modern techniques will be adopted to improve Alhamra literature and culture activities. He also instructed all the officers to make their performance effective until the next meeting and said that the committees should complete their homework based on various issues.
Rafi Ullah also issued orders to digitize all the books in Alhamra Library and make daily functions clear and transparent by digitizing the daily functioning of Alhamra.
Director Arts and Culture Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi, Deputy Director Admin Aftab Ahmed Ansari, Deputy Director Cultural Complex Syed Naveed Ul Hasan Bukhari, and all other officers who participated presented their suggestions to the meeting.
