Karachi (HRNW) Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Investment Department and Public Private Partnership Projects Syed Qasim Naweed Shah visited the site of M9-N5 Link Road Project under Public Private Partnerahip Mode along with Sajid Jokhio, Jam Bijar, Director General PPP Unit Asad Zamin, PD M. Ali Memon and Director Technical M. Sajjad Hussain Gilal.
Locals warmly welcomed the MPAs and GoS officers/ officials at various locations along the project alignment and they also briefed the Guests with the issues they are facing after the construction of M9-N5 Link Road w.r.t the connectivity of local roads along/across the project alignment.
Locals demanded to have atleast 2 over head / flyovers across the project alignment to hv connectivities on both sides of the road for local people and they also demanded for U-Turns in the starting 4 to 5 KM from N5.
GoS officials informed the local people that their demands will be forwarded to technical consultants for evaluation and best possible option(s) will be undertaken to address the issues of locals living in the project vicinity.
