Sale of contaminated water by tankers in Karachi revealed

KARACHI (HRNW) Sale of contaminated water through tankers on a large scale has been revealed in Karachi. The use of unsanitary water has increased the fear of spreading Nigellaria and other diseases.

Chief Executive Officer of Water Board wrote a letter to IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon to prevent unsafe water.

Chief Executive Officer Water Board Salahuddin Ahmed has said in his letter that illegal hydrants from Sakran and Gharos are being brought to Karachi by tankers.

These tankers enter Karachi from the limits of Manghopir, Mochko and Mimar Thane. Senior citizens can be the most affected by the sale of unhealthy water. It is important to protect these tankers to prevent Nigellaria and other diseases.
