No one will accept election results through fake constituencies, Khalid Maqbool

KARACHI: (HRNW) Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan chief Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui says that no one will accept the election results through fake census and fake constituencies.

The delegation of MQM Pakistan went to Pakistan House, the center of Pak Sarzameen Party, and met the party leadership.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, while holding a joint press conference with Mustafa Kamal after the meeting, said that there is a time for every work, this is the time to unite.

He said that local elections are coming, everyone wants elections, at this time local elections are necessary for basic democracy in the country.

He said that unless there is basic democracy in the country, the elections will not be useful, there should be a legislation that local elections should be held before the general elections.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that everyone has the right to contest and win the election, they will not let anyone steal the election.

PSP chief Mustafa Kamal said that all the people living in Karachi are being affected, the country cannot develop if Karachi goes towards poverty.

He said that no single party can fix the situation in the country, only Karachi can bring the country out of the economic crisis.

Mustafa Kamal said that Karachi is the whole of Pakistan, it has to be managed together.

He said that those who have influence over the province can influence the elections.

He said that he understands what MQM is saying, will support them, will respond positively to what MQM is trying to do.

He further said that I have not done any work for personal interests, I will also take difficult decisions in the interest of the nation.
