Karachi (HRNW) Karachi Police has released weekly performance report.
There were 06 encounters between the district police and the robbers in the city, in the exchange of fire, many robbers including 07 injured robbers were arrested red-handed.
Different types of illegal weapons, 10 pistols and 04 motorcycles were recovered from the arrested accused, while the recovered weapons have been sent for forensics.
Police arrested a total of more than 715 suspects during raids in Karachi’s East, West and South Zones last week.
87 kg 320 grams of hashish, 01 kg 350 grams of heroin and 01 kg 761 grams of ice/crystal worth lakhs of rupees were recovered from different areas.
More than 135 different types of illegal arms and ammunition were taken into custody from the arrested street criminals.
A total of 55 stolen motorcycles and 09 vehicles were taken into custody by the Karachi Police.
