Speaking during a programme on Dunya News, Mr Ahsan said, “There is a dire need to support the policy of reconciliation in a bid to move the country forward.”
He took a dig at Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif, saying, “I have no confidence in the Sharif brothers. They [Sharif brothers] use people for their own interests.”
Mr Ahsan fired a broadside at the PML-N supremo, saying, “Nawaz Sharif is an absconder.”
