Karachi (HRNW) The team of Sindh Food Authority has taken action in Lee Market. The action was taken under the direction of Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhar Hussain.
A special team formed by Director General Agha Fakhar Hussain took action in Lee Market to ensure the supply of food items, especially milk, free from adulteration, during Muharram ul Haram. SFA team was led by Director Operation Rafique Memon, deputy directorsBashir Khan, Maryam Talpur and other officers. A mobile testing lab was also present along with the Sindh Food Authority team on this occasion.
Sindh Food Authority team inspected shops selling food items, especially milk. During the inspection fines were also imposed on the sellers of substandard milk. Besides, Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhar Hussain has said in a statement that
in the holy month of Muharram ul Haram, the supply of food items, especially milk free from adulteration, is being ensured. Sindh Food Authority is trying to ensure the production and sale of food items in accordance with the rules of hygiene throughout the province.
