Karachi: A businessman was killed in firing on the Northern Bypass

KARACHI (HRNW) A vegetable market trader was killed in a firing on Northern Bypass in Karachi.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) West Faisal Bashir Memon has said that Nauman Naseer was going to the Northern Bypass in a car with a friend.

The SSP said that the firing took place on the unpaved road from Abbas Cut by crossing the toll plaza. 4 accused on two motorcycles tried to stop. When the businessman did not stop, the pursuing accused opened fire on the vehicle.

Police said the friend rushed Nauman to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

The deceased used to work in a vegetable market on the Super Highway, Nauman’s father Naseer Bangash is a well-known businessman in the fruit market.
