Karachi (HRNW) On the instruction of Caretaker Minister for Irrigation Ishwar Lal and Secretary irrigation Niaz Ali Abbasi, Khurram Pervez Rid Assistant Executive Engineer Civil Nara Lift Sub-Division Sukkur and Shahid Mahar Sub-Engineer Nara Lift Sub-Division Sukkur have been suspended on account of negligence in performing official duties. These suspended sub-engineers were involved in water theft. In a statement issued here on Thursday, Caretaker Minister for Irrigation Ishwar Lal has warned the officers/officials of the department that he would not tolerate any negligence in performing official duties and strict departmental action would be taken against those who failed to perform their official duties upto the mark.
