Karachi (HRNW) Under the direction of Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhar Hussain, teams of SFA have visited District South and Jinnah Sindh Medical University.
According to the details, Sindh Food Authority team, led by Deputy Director South Yasin Subzoi inspected several restaurants in the South district under the direction of DG SFA Agha Fakhr Hussain. A fine of one lakh rupees was also imposed on the poor sanitation situation. The kitchen of the restaurant has been temporarily closed.
Another team of SFA , led by Deputy Director Canteens Pervaiz Ali Shahani, visited Jinnah Sindh Medical University under the direction of DG SFA Agha Fakhar Hussain. During the visit, the cleanliness of the kitchen was found to be very poor. On this situation
The team of SFA imposed a fine of 80 thousand rupees on the kitchen management while the kitchen was temporarily closed. The administration was directed to improve the sanitation situation. Meanwhile Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhr Hussain has requested all the people associated with food items business to strictly follow hygiene rules, otherwise strict action will be taken against them according to the law.
