Karachi (HRNW) A technical team of Sindh Food Authority comprising of Director Technical Dr. Ahmed Ali Shaikh and Technical Advisor Dr. Seema Ashraf, on the invitation of Balochistan Food Authority and direction of DG SFA Agha Fakhar Hussain, have visited newly established lab of BFA for chemieal analysis and lab for microbial analysis.
The purpose of the visit was to provide guidance/assistance and testing facilities and consultation to BFA Laboratories. It is to mention here SFA team provided consultation to the staff of microbiology lab how to analysis of loose or unpacked oil/ghee samples to harmonized the procedure and uniform strategic SOPs, implemented by Sindh Food Authority.
SFA technical team also provided consultation and guidance in chemical analysis and support in food grade and non-Food grade color analysis, powdered and infant formula milk, bakery & confectionary item analysis.
