Hyderabad (HRNW) Sindh Food Authority Hyderabad and local administration teams have taken a joint action. This was taken on Masan Road Tando Wali Muhammad area of Hyderabad.
The operation was carried out under the supervision of Deputy Director Fida Hussain Khoso and Assistant Commissioner City Ahmed Murtaza.The local police were also present at the time of the operation.
The team of Sindh Food Authority wasted 90 kg of highly unhealthy meat. Abdul Ghani Fauji, the owner of the meat shop, and his workers also attacked Sindh Food Authority team, but the police force present at the spot and Sindh Food Authority team foiled this attempt. The accused managed to escape from the scene .
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Director Fida Hussain Khoso said that an FIR has been registered against the accused Abdul Ghani and others.
Sindh Food Authority Hyderabad will continue to take action against the sellers of unhealthy food items without coming under any pressure.
