The number of cases pending in the subordinate courts of Sindh increased

Karachi (HRNW) The pending cases in the subordinate courts of Sindh started increasing. Taking notice of the increase in cases, the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court asked for reports from the session judges across Sindh.
The Chief Justice said that some judges have failed to deal with cases. All the judges were instructed to dispose of ten percent old cases. Many judges did not deal with the cases according to these instructions.
The Chief Justice has directed the Sessions Judges to present the details of the judges who did not deal with the cases as per the instructions. Action will be taken against such judges as per law.
The Chief Justice has asked the session judges of Sindh to report within a week.
