India’s Supreme Court ends the horse trading, ordered floor test in Maharashtra

New Delhi (HRNW) Indian Apex Court solved the controversy and almost ended the hidden horse trading through its Order regarding the floor majority in Indian important State Maharashtra.

In the context the India’s Supreme Court has ordered a floor test in the western state of Maharashtra to prove BJP ruling party that it has majority support for forming the government in the state.

According to a ruling by India’s top court, the floor test will be conducted through an open ballot and the entire proceedings will be telecast live.
