Karachi (HRNW) The builders of high-rise projects are playing gambling game of violation with the collusion of their buddy department Sindh Building Control Authority. An example of such violation came on surface by the investigation of HRNW.
According to the detail the builder of Gold Front project situated at block-10, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi has raised illegal half floor like pent houses silently from rear side of the project with the complicity of SBCA Gulshan Town Zone I, where now a diligent officer Sarfaraz Hussain has been posted as a director.
As per available information from the sources of SBCA, said builder was approved the building plan as Basement+Ground+ 17 floors, but the builder namely Mohammad Sadiq raised the half floor on the roof of 17th floor unlawfully, which has now been covered with same color of building painted earlier.
It is pertinent to mentioned that the building plan was approved on dated. 24-07-2013 and stipulated time for completion was three years but after passing almost seven years the builder could not furnished the project, however he performed well to raise the illegal half floor at rear side of the project.
The sources disclosed that former team of SBCA Gulshan town zone-I has taken seven million rupees allegedly in order to shut their bull eyes against this master piece of violation.
HRNW is endeavouring to trace said Honourable faces, who have been grabbed this lucrative package.
