Coronavirus: PM Imran appeals to overseas Pakistanis for funds

ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has on Monday addressed the overseas Pakistanis and appealed to them to send funds and help the government to counter novel coronavirus.

The premier said in his message that poverty is increasing in the country due to the coronavirus lockdown and urged all Pakistanis living abroad to make their contributions.

Imran Khan talked about Japan and Germany in his address and said their population is half than that of Pakistan. We have allocated $ 8 billion for relief fund till now, the premier told.
