Excise police Karachi successful operation. One accused arrested, 18 kg Garda (drugs) recovered

Karachi (HRNW)- Karachi Excise Police have arrested one accused during a major operation and recovered 18 kg Garda ( narcotics) from his possession and also impounded a motorcycle used in the crime while one accused managed to escape. According to details, a team of Excise Department Karachi under the guidance of Excise and Taxation Inspector Dawood Kalachi, led by Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer Ahmed Yar Khoso conducted an operation in Sikanderabad Block No. 4, Street No. 8, Kemari District West and arrested an accused Muhammad Usman. A total of 18 kg of Garda ( drugs) was recovered from him. The motorcycle number KLU-7620 used in the crime was also seized. However, one of the accused managed to escape while a case has been registered against the arrested accused Muhammad Usman and investigation has been started.

Provincial Minister for Excise & Taxation and Narcotics Control & Parliamentary Affairs Mukesh Kumar Chawla, Secretary Excise & Taxation and Narcotics Control Abdul Haleem Sheikh and Director General Excise & Taxation Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui congratulated over the successful operation and expressed hope that the officers and Officials of the department would continue to crack down on drug dealers. Provincial Minister Mukesh Kumar Chawla further said that the operations against drug dealers would be continued as drug dealers were a menace to the country and the nation.
