Karachi (HRNW)- FIA Cyber Crime Sindh Zone Karachi has apprehended an accused of cyber crime today, Faizulllah Korejo Additional Director FIA told HRNW.
He said that a lady complainant / victim Kinza Naz lodged complaint against Zahid Ahmed alias Aman who is continuously blackmailing and threatening on virtue of obscene pictures and videos.
After getting the complaint the raiding team of FIA, CCRC, Karachi proceeded to the spot at Millennium Mall, Gulistan-e-jauhar, Karachi, on the pointation of complainant and found Zahid Ahmed. The search of alleged Zahid Ahmed was conducted on spot, resulting recovery of two mobile phones. The same were seized on spot through seizure memo in presence of witnesses for further enquiry and securing of evidences.
The seized recovered digital equipment mentioned above referred for Forensic Analysis. The Initial Technical Report has been received which established that alleged Zahid Ahmed is involved in spreading the obscene of complainant,
Faizulllah Korejo said.
Criminal case has been registered against accused Zahid Ahmed U/s 20, 21,24 PECA-2016 r/w 419,109 PPC.
