FIA arrested black mailer after complaint of victims’ mother

Karachi (HRNW) A brave mother reported that she appointed one Qari sahib namely Abdul Qadeem for home tuition to teach Qur’an (Arabic) to children. Later, minor made complain to her mother that she has been physically abused by the Qari Abdul Qadeem while teaching Qur’an (Arabic) at home tuition.

The 13 years old minor also complained that accused Qari Abdul Qadeem holds obscene pictures of minor which basis accused Qari Abdul Qadeem is trying to harass, blackmail and demanding money. Accused transmitted the obscene of minor to mother of minor through Whatsapp. Accused was threating to the family that if his unethical demands would not fulfil, accused would viral the obscene picture on social media.

The minor was professionally handled by FIA through Stress Counsellor.

After getting approval from the competent authority, a formal raid has been conducted by the raiding team at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The Qari Abdul Qadeem has been intercepted on spot by the raiding party. The personal search was conducted.

The recovered mobile phone was technically analysed resulting obscene image of victim / minor found available which basis minor was being blackmailed, harassed, threated.

Accused Abdul Qadeem has been arrested. FIR No. 01/2021 dated 01.01.2021 U/S 22/24 PECA 2016, 109 PPC has been registered.
