Karachi (HRNW) Provincial minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, while taking notice of encroachments on government lands and illegal construction, has warned the corrupt elements to keep themselves away from such illegal activities, otherwise strict action will be taken against them. This he said while presiding over a meeting here in his office today. Chairman Anti-Corruption Establishment Sindh Iqbal Memon also attended the meeting.
He asked the officers concerned to take action against those elements who were found involved in illegal occupation on government lands and illegal construction of the buildings. Jam Ikramullah Dharejo added, ‘ Such corrupt elements do not deserve any relaxation because they are cheating innocent people and also looting the money of the people ‘. Provincial minister Jam Ikramullah Dharejo advised the people to get verification from concerned departments before investing money in any housing scheme or plaza.
He told that Anti-corruption Establishment Sindh was fully competent enough to take action against corrupt elements, asking the officers of ACE to take action against corrupt elements without any fear and favour.
He said that complaints against corruption might be lodged at 1414 and prompt action would be taken against corrupt elements. Sindh Minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo warned the corrupt elements to refrain from their illegal activities, otherwise they would be taken to task.
