Excise Police Sindh action. 25 kg chars seized. Two accused arrested.

Karachi (HRNW) Sindh Excise Police has foiled another attempt to smuggle chars into the province by cracking down on drug dealers. According to details, Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer Habibullah Qazi along with his team searched a suspicious truck number GLT 4438 on Main Sui Gas Office Road Shikarpur and recovered 25 kg of chars hidden in its hidden compartments while two accused Shah Qasim and Shahabuddin have been arrested and a case has been registered against them.

Meanwhile , Mukesh Kumar Chawla, Provincial Minister for Excise & Taxation and Narcotics Control Department & Parliamentary Affairs, has commended the officers and staff of Excise Police Sindh for their consistent achievements against drug dealers and expressed his hope that they would work hard to eradicate drug dealers, continuing their actions against them. He said that all stakeholders would continue to play their effective role in preventing the young generation from using drugs.
