KARACHI: (HRNW) Citizens have approached the Anti-Encroachment Tribunal against the demolition of leased houses during the operation against encroachments on Gujjar Nala in Karachi.
The petitioners said in application that the houses are leased. The site plan was also approved. The Sindh Katchi Abadi Authority had approved the site plan in 1995 and 1994. The houses are at a distance of 20 feet from Gujjar Nalla so the anti-encroachment should be ordered to stop the demolition of houses. The petition has been filed by the residents of FB Area, Gulbahar, Dhobi Ghat
