Karachi (HRNW) Model Court of Karachi has pronounced the verdict of murder 11 years old. The court sentenced the main accused to death. The accused had opened fire during a robbery at a junk shop in Bilal Colony in 2010.
The court sentenced Sameer, the main accused, to death after he was found guilty of killing a shopkeeper during a robbery. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1 million. Model Court acquitted co-accused Mubeen for lack of evidence.
