KARACHI: (HRNW) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has requested for postponement of by-polls in National Assembly constituency Do Swanschas
The PTI delegation led by Khurram Sherzaman called on the Provincial Election Commissioner and apprised him of the reservations regarding the election. PTI demanded holding of by-elections after Eid-ul-Fitr.
NA by-elections are scheduled for April 29. The PTI has also demanded that the by-elections be held under the supervision of the army. The seat has fallen vacant following the resignation of PTI’s Faisal Wawda.
