Seminar and training course at Lyari Boxing Club

Karachi (HRNW) Sindh Boxing Association Senior Vice President Mr. Abid Hussain Brohi has said that the players should be made aware of the rules of the game as well as the game. And during this work, coaches should train the players in mental harmony as well as in accordance with the rules. He was addressing a one-day seminar and training course for referee judges and coaches at Lyari Boxing Club organized by Sindh Boxing Association. He said that every sport played in the world has certain rules and regulations. These laws are called international laws and the sports system operates according to their laws. That is why the Sindh Boxing Association has organized such training courses for its former and current international boxers, coaches and referee judges. Former international boxer and medical expert Dr Shahid said that for any athlete, it is important to be physically and mentally fit before playing. And it’s the coaches’ responsibility to motivate their players and mentally educate them on how to focus on their opponent. The player’s enthusiasm must be under complete control under the rules. And it is also the responsibility of the referee judges to be vigilant so that they abide by the rules of the game. Five boxing competitions were also held for the practical training of coaches and referee judges. Program Director Fida Hussain Baloch briefed the coaches and referee judges on the new techniques and rules in detail and also distributed literature among them. More than 50 coaches and referee judges participated in the one-day camp. Jozi Khan, Mohammad Akbar, Abdul Khaliq, Waheed Darwish, Nowshad Fateh, Tanveer Khan Akhtar, Asif Ali Imran Shah, Nawab Ali, Mohammad Amin، Secretary, Sindh Arm Wrestling Association Kashif Ahmed Farooqui and others participated. Later, the special guest distributed certificates among the successful referee judges and coaches. President of Karachi South Rasool Bakhsh Baloch and Vice President Mehrabakhsh Koch were present on the occasion. And Secretary Sindh Boxing Association Abdul Razzaq thanked the participants and hosts of the course.
