Detainee recovered from Police Tanning Centre (BALDIA)

Karachi: (HRNW) On the application of citizen Mst. Tahira Nazeer the XIIIth Judicial Magistrate Sajid Ali along with a team of International Lawyers Forum (ILF) raided Shahid Hayat Police Training College (PTC), Saeedabad, Baldia Town and recovered a detainee namely Muhammad Talat Nazeer who was detained since last five days in PTC Baldia.
That Mst. Tahira Nazeer mother of detainee filed petition U/s.491 Cr.P.C before District & Session Judge (West) Karachi regarding illegally detainee his real Son, the XIII Judicial Magistrate West Mr Sajid Ali raided along with Barrister Habibullah Baloch, Jamshed Ali Khowaja Advocate, Muhammad Salman Farhad Advocate, Tahir Malik Advocate. Syed Jaffer Abbas Jafri Advocate and others ILF members and recovered detainee Talat Nazir 26 years old.
The Judicial Magistrate passed ordered and directed the SHO CTD and other kidnappers to present before Honorable District & Session judge West on 17-04-2021 for further proceeding.
