Action against profiteers in Karachi

Karachi (HRNW) Action was taken against illegal profiteers in Karachi.

Action was taken against 153 profiteers for selling expensive goods. A fine of Rs 495,000 was imposed on inflation of groceries, milk, poultry, fruits, meat and other items.

In two days, action was taken against 302 shopkeepers and a fine of more than Rs 1 million was imposed.

While action was taken against 66 milk sellers and a fine of Rs. 355,000 was imposed. Action was taken against 75 fruit sellers and a fine of Rs 92,000 was imposed.
