Commissioner Naveed Shaikh chaired meeting regarding NA-249 By-Election

Karachi (HRNW) Commissioner Karachi Naveed Sheikh and Provincial Election Commissioner Ijaz Anwar Chauhan jointly chaired a meeting regarding NA-249 by-elections.
It was decided at the meeting that all the all institutions would co-operate with each other to hold peaceful and fair elections.
NA-249 Returning Officer Regional Election Commissioner Syed Nadeem Haider gave a briefing on the arrangements and code of conduct issued by the Election Commission.
The SOP on Corona will be fully implemented during the by-elections. The Deputy Commissioners will take necessary steps to ensure the use of masks and sanitizers and the formal distance.
