Lahore (HRNW) A petition was heard in the Lahore High Court against the occupation of endowment land by DHA.
Chief Justice Lahore High Court Qasim Khan remarked that it seems that the army has become the biggest occupation group. I will call the corps commander and DHA tomorrow.
The Chief Justice said that there was talk of police and here the army had occupied 50 Canals of land of the High Court.
The Chief Justice said that today I am asking the Registrar to write a letter to the Chief of Army Staff. What is this Army doing? This is a kind of fishing.
Chief Justice Qasim Khan said that it was not the job of the army to seize. The Chief Justice said, “I know how to call for an answer and it is only a matter of two days.”
Chief Justice Qasim Khan immediately summoned DHA Brigadier Satti. The Chief Justice said that if Brigadier Sahib takes off his star and his cape, I will send him to jail from there.
