Karachi: Hot And Humid Weather To Prevail In June

Karachi (HRNW) According to reports, on Tuesday, Director General Pakistan Meteorological Department has warned karachiites against the prevalence of sweltering hot weather in the city in June.

Weather officials said, “The mercury will remain between 38 degree Celsius to 40 Celsius in the first half of June,”

According to him, the temperatures could slide from 15th June to 20th June.

He further told that the region is likely to receive more rainfall than the routine rainfall this year also like it happened the previous year.

The monsoon season of Pakistan starts from 1st July and lasts till 30th Sept, and typically receives 140.8 millimeters of rainfall from July to September.
