LAHORE: (HRNW) Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Siraj ul Haq has said that the PTI government has completely failed. Those who claim to strengthen the country have weakened every sector, including energy.
Siraj-ul-Haq said that if governments paid attention to the construction of dams, electricity prices would not go up. To strengthen democracy in the country, power must be transferred to the lower levels. Lack of local elections is creating more problems.
Siraj-ul-Haq said that political parties should bring democracy within themselves. For fair and transparent elections, the Election Commission must be made strong and independent.
