We will modernize the infantry in every way, Army Chief

Rawalpindi (HRNW) Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that Pakistan Army will modernize the infantry in every possible way to be prepared for future threats.

ISPR said that Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Punjab Regimental Center.

According to ISPR, the Army Chief appointed Inspector General of Arms Lieutenant General Majid Ehsan as Colonel Commandant Punjab Regiment. A large number of service and retired officers attended the function.

According to ISPR, the Army Chief appreciated the high standard and professionalism of the Punjab Regiment.

The Army Chief appreciated the exemplary performance of the Punjab Regiment during its operations.

The Army Chief also laid flowers at the Punjab Regimental Center.
