Berlin (dpa) – Marcus Thuram is fit to return for Borussia Moenchengladbach in the German Cup second-round clash with Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
The France forward has been out for two months with a knee injury as his side have stuttered badly in the Bundesliga.
“He is in contention for the game,” coach Adi Huetter told a news conference on Tuesday.
“Thuram has the ability to hurt every opponent.”
Defender Tony Jantschke though is out for around two months after a training ground incident left him with facial fractures. He has already undergone an operation.
