353 new cases of Corona reported in Sindh today

KARACHI: (HRNW) Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in a statement on the status of corona virus said that 15,233 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. As a result, 353 new cases were reported while no deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.

He said that the total death toll of the previous day was 7563. Today, 305 more patients have recovered. Thus, the total number of healthy people has reached 449308.

The Chief Minister said that so far 6389577 samples have been tested and 468493 cases have been reported so far. Currently 11378 patients are undergoing treatment. Of these, 11,330 are being treated in homes, 25 in isolation centers and 219 in various hospitals. The condition of 218 patients is said to be critical and 11 patients are on ventilators.

He said that out of 353 new cases in the province, 68 were related to Karachi. Of these, 27 have been reported from Eastern District, 17 from Korangi District, 11 from South District, 6-6 from Central and Western District and one from Malir.
