KARACHI: (HRNW) Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mushtaq Mehr has promoted 11 women officers of Karachi Police to the rank of Inspector.
According to the Establishment Department of the Central Police Office, Inspector General of Police Mushtaq Mehr has promoted Lady Sub-Inspectors of Karachi Police to the posts of Inspectors.
According to AIG Establishment Police Sindh Muqaddas Haider, promotion notification has been issued for the post of Inspector.
According to the notification, Shazia Parveen, Amna Rani, Azmi Khan, Ateeqa Panhwar, Naheed Sadiq, Hina Mughal, Aashi Waheed, Amara Naseem, Rizwana Khanum, Rumi Mujahid and Nusrat Ali are included.
Promotion has been temporarily halted due to pending three show cause notices of Lady Sub-Inspector Taslim posted at Nabibakhsh Police Station, Karachi.
