KARACHI: (HRNW) Traffic police crackdown against underage drivers is underway in Karachi. During the two months, 29,847 challans were issued against underage drivers.
According to traffic police officials, 16,891 challans were issued against parents and car owners for allowing minors to drive. Fines of Rs. 16891,000 were collected. Twenty-eight thousand two hundred and twenty-two vehicles were also seized during the crackdown.
