Karachi (HRNW): Full action will be taken against those occupying federal lands. The FIA has the power to take action against the Occupy Mafia. The Interior Ministry issued the notification after the ordinance was issued by the federal government.
According to the notification, the authority to take action against the Occupy Mafia has been given under the FIA Act 1974. The FIA will be able to issue show cause notices to the person or persons involved in the seizure while an FIR will also be registered against the mafia members.
Occupying mafia can be punished and fined through court proceedings. Necessary steps have been taken to implement the notification.
