Ghotki (HRNW)- The shortage of urea in district Ghotki perpetuates due to hoarding of the fertiliser by the dealers.
The DC Ghotki has turned a deaf ear to the clamoring and protesting farmers. He has been alleged to getting Rs 500 to 600 per bag in bribe from the dealers in order to let them sell the fertiliser on their whimsical rates and continue with the hoarding.
Famous fertiliser dealers Roshan Lal, Pawan Kumar, Jatinder lal and Jae Paal are alleged to continuing hoarding and charging beyond almost half the original rate fixed by the government.
It is pertinent to mention here that the protesters will be resorting to the court for instituting court proceedings against these dealers represented by senior lawyers Syed Saif Ali Shah Bukhari, Alam Sher Khan Bozdar and Tariq Khan Bozdar.
