Sukkur (HRNW) The team Sukkur arrested the accused person namely Lal Gul S/O Muhammad Bux Mahar, who was sharing obscene pictures and videos of complainant along with blackmailing and harassment of multiple victims.
The accused used to befriend men on Facebook by using fake ID of a girl. In the disguise of being a girl, he used to bring men in compromised positions on video call and hence recorded the videos to blackmail them.
First he used to offer illicit relationships to me and on their denial , he used to ask for money to delete obscene videos and photos. He used to ask 20-30 k rupees to delete the videos though his Jazz Cash accounts.
Technical analysis of electronic gadgets of accused verified the presence of obscene videos of about 15 men including child , who he was blackmailing. Most of the victims belonged to surrounding areas of district Ghotki.
A case FIR No. 05/2022 u/s 14, 16, 20, 21, 22, 24 of PECA 2016 r/w sections 419, 420 of PPC has been registered against the above said accused person.
