Karachi: (HRNW) KDA Enforcement Team conducted an operation against encroachments on residential and welfare plots in Surjani Town. When the big action started in Surjani Town, the land mafia disappeared. The KDA team’s operation lasted for several hours.
According to KDA, occupation of residential and welfare plots in Surjani Town Scheme 41 is being ended. The operation was carried out in three different areas of Surjani Sector 10. KDA personnel and KDA police were also involved in the operation along with heavy machinery.
According to KDA officials, the operation is underway in four sectors of Surjani Town. There have been several operations against the occupation mafia in Surjani before but all have proved to be spectacular and the land mafia starts occupying government lands and auctioned plots again a few days after the operation.
The small industry of Sector 7D of Surjani Town is also under occupation. The KDA conducted several operations in the area but no results were forthcoming.
