CDA’s consideration of policy for renting plots to private educational institutions

Islamabad (HRNW) CDA is considering a new policy to allot plots to private educational institutions on rent basis.

According to sources, CDA has prepared a new plan for private schools.

As per the plan, it is proposed to rent out plots to schools for those who are unable to move out of residential areas, which will be discussed in the CDA board meeting.

The civic agency plans to lease the plots for 20 to 25 years.

Monthly rent will be collected from school owners.

Schools will not charge more than the fixed amount.

Schools charging different fees are categorized.

Earlier, CDA had allotted plots to several private schools at marginal rates, so this relief was not given to the parents.
