ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – Islamabad Bar Council on Thursday filed a complaint against Supreme Court judge Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi, alleging him of financial irregularities, tax evasion, and violating the code of conduct.
The complaint was filed in the Supreme Judicial Council, and transcripts of leaked audios and videos were also attached to it.
According to the complaint, several alleged audio and video regarding the conduct of Justice Naqvi were released.
It was further claimed that Justice Naqvi had assets beyond means, and there was evidence of financial irregularities against him. Therefore, action should be taken against him.
