Fawad Chaudhry leaves PTI to ‘take break’ from politics

LAHORE (HRNW) The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday suffered major blow as senior vice president Fawad Chaudhry quit the party and “took break” from politics.

Mr Chaudhry announced his departure, saying “I have decided to take a break from politics, therefore, I have resigned from party position and parting ways from Imran Khan”.

On Tuesday, former ministers Shireen Mazari and Fayyazul Chohan were the latest political figures who announced to say goodbye to the party.
