Karachi (HRNW) team of Sindh Food Authority, led by Deputy Director Kemari Muhammad Bashir Khan, has raided at restaurants, bakeries, pakwan centres and other food items centres at Maripur. On this occasion police mobile and mobile testing lab were also with the team. Deputy Director Bashir Khan imposed fines on poor sanitation situation and directed the owners of the restaurants, bakeries, pakwan centres and other food centres to get license from Sindh Food Authority. He also issued improvement notices to them.
While talking on the occasion, Bashir Khan said that all those who are involved in food items business, must follow hygiene pronciples and those who violate Sindh Food Authority Act would be dealt accordingly.
