Haleem briefs PM Imran Khan about coronavirus situation in Sindh

Islamabad/Karachi (HRNW)- Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Vice President Haleem Adil Sheikh briefed the Prime Minister, Imran Khan, about the coronavirus-related situation of Sindh, with an emphasis on problems being faced by the poor masses.

As per details, Haleem Adil who is also parliamentary party leader in Sindh Assembly called on the Prime Minister called on the Prime Minister and briefed him about the overall coronavirus-related situation in Sindh province and the issues being confronted by the masses. He said that at this difficult time, the people of Sindh province are thankful to the federal government for timely held under the Ehsaas Cash Emergency Program.

Haleem Adil said that we are grateful of the Prime Minister that despite difficult financial condition he gave the people of Pakistan a huge package of billions of rupees. He said timely decisions about the construction and exports-related industries of the federal government are also praiseworthy keeping in mind the ground realities.

Haleem said in Sindh province, youths are excited to become a part of Corona Relief Tiger Force. He said the youths of Sindh have to play a crucial role in relief activities to strengthen the arms of the Prime Minister. He said the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Sindh chapter would not leave the people of Sindh province alone in these difficult times and we will fully support the efforts of the Prime Minister Imran Khan.

However, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the Ehsaas Cash Emergency Program is above all political considerations and it is being run transparently purely on merit. He said the federal government is taking every effort to provide relief to the people of Pakistan. He said we are fully aware of the problems faced by masses. He said to eradicate coronavirus and to eradicate poverty are great challenge

He said economic strategies are being made keeping in mind needs and problems of the people. He appreciated the zeal of youths regarding joining the coronavirus relief tiger force. He said we also need cooperation of the philanthropists in assisting the government to provide relief to poor and vulnerable sections of society. He asked the political leadership to motivate the philanthropists and ensure extending their reach to every needy person.
