A woman along with her 3-year-old daughter jumped from the third floor near Sarjani Baba Mor area of ​​Karachi and died. The incident occurred due to domestic violence.

According to police, the 30-year-old woman threw her three-year-old daughter down before the third floor of the building and a few seconds later the woman also jumped from the third floor.

A woman and a child died on the spot and their bodies were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal action.

Police have recorded the statements of the locals who said that she used to quarrel with her husband often and her husband rarely came to her house.

SSP Sohai Aziz said that it seems that the deceased ended her life due to domestic violence but investigations are underway.

Asked about her husband, the SSP said that her husband has not come to light yet but police have started searching for him.

According to police, this was the woman’s fourth marriage. She had been living in the area for three months while her husband’s phone was ringing off the hook. The woman’s father, Shafiq, called the incident a murder.
