Karachi (HRNW): A case of sale of fish on Hassan Square sidewalk was heard. The court expressed frustration over the setting up of fish stalls on the sidewalk.
Justice Syed Hassan Azhar Rizvi said that this is not a shop but a sidewalk where it is occupied. Petitioner’s counsel Samiullah Soomro said that Hassan Square Association gave us permission to which Justice Syed Hassan Azhar Rizvi asked who gave permission to the association to provide sidewalk.
Rejecting the hearing of the urgent petition, the court said that the case is already fixed for May 5, first prove that your stall is legal, the court adjourned the hearing of the case for May 5.
