Lahore (HRNW) An exhibition based on the degree show of students of the Visual Arts Department of Lahore College for Women University was organized at Alhamra Art Gallery. Vice-Chancellor Lahore College for Women University Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza inaugurated the exhibition and Executive Director Alhamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi.
In the degree show of the Department of Fine Arts 2018 to 22 sessions, 225 artworks of the art by 31 students were displayed. Executive Director Alhamra and renowned artist Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi praised the students for their excellent work.
Dean Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Muhammad Afzal, Chairperson Department of Visual Arts Dr. Rafat Saif Dar also graced the occasion.
On occasion, Vice-Chancellor Lahore College for Women University Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza said that awareness of social issues through artwork is a good initiative, and the tireless efforts of students and supervisors are commendable.
